I may be out of place, but I have to share my life changing experience. This site below helped me. I suffer from rapid bipolar and anxiety disorder. Also, I have had my weight to contend with. It is funny, the doctors painted me into this is who I am, there is nothing I can do about myself. Well, the site below changed all of that. I have come to realize that how I feel is very much related to how I think. There is much more, but I feel compelled to share what turned my life around.
