I have developed a technique for cooking ground grain and seed meals or flours in the microwave oven. It takes the drudgery out of cooking homemade cereals. It is easy because it needs no added water and no kneading of doughy mixtures like with bread making. Save money and eat healthy.

I really like it. :) I have been making whole grains in the microwave for many years and have been improving the process over those years.
The process did not really work well until I decided to try it without adding water. I was just amazed by the difference. Now the actual work is almost completely eliminated while at the same time it tastes better than it ever did. It does not turn out hard like it used when water was added. I forgot to mention that I cover the container loosely when I heat it during the first stage and cook it during the second stage. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Tips-for- … message/21 I have updated the message entry to correct the omission.
