The spiritual part for me is finding myself. I have learned to look deep inside and find the elie I was meant to be.  Not the insecure elie, or the people-pleaser elie, or the depressed elie. NOt the elie who cannot handle stress or unexpected situations that send me to the food.   Knowing myself,  accepting the past and forgiving myself is my spirituality.
