In the last month I averaged exercising six days per week.


But I still think that I'm much too fat!

I've been trying to get serious about losing weight, and one thing that's helpful to me is having some specifics to commit to.  I found this website you can use to make yourself a 'healthy living contract' if you're like me and it helps you to have something hanging on your fridge to remind you of your goals and why it's important.
