I am trying to lose weight. My doctor told me that my diet is lacking in fruit and vegetables, as well as good nutrition. So I eat lots of vegetables, limit my portions, and excercise every other day. I'm starting to feel much better and have more energy now.

Hello,
I can relate to your share. I hope my response will be taken as a suggestion, not advice. I suggest you view what you are eating and perhaps work on a more well rounded meal - include green vegies and fruit - instead of crakers, bread and juice for each meal. The bread products and juice are actually "sweets" when processed by the body. I love bread, but I need to keep it to a whole wheat portion once a day - this helps with weight control and spikes in my blood sugar levels. Good luck to you and be healthy. |
