Howdy All,

I finally took Nay Ho Tze's advice (from her "Nutritional Thread"), and have been taking a B-complex suppliment for about 2 weeks now.

I wanted to report back to you that I am getting substantial benefit from taking the suppliment. I'm noticing a more sustained energy level through out the day. I'm also noticing my depressive triggers having less of a grip on me.

I picked up the bottle of 100 tablets from my local grocery store. I specifically looked for all natural formulation vice synthetic. It stands to logic that the body can do things with the natural formulation with more ease than with a synthetic.

Its been well worth the money!

I want to remind everyone again that a great way to get B vitamins naturally is to eat a lot of legumes.  Another advantage to legumes is that you also get fiber which stabilizes blood sugar and even people with normal blood sugar, if they have depression, fluctuations in blood sugar can add to moodiness.  Legumes also help with weight loss.
