How many people remember when they learned to walk? You probably don't and that's the point. I'll bet though, during your stage of mobility their were many painful falls. But none of us stopped trying. Curiosity or determination got us back up on wobbly knees as with lunged forward into unknown territory.
As toddlers, we already knew that this period of growth would succeed in the end,and we would walk, despite failed attempts.

Sometimes as adults, we experience similar setbacks to those while learning to walk. "Getting back up" can be more difficult, hindered by our past conditioning. Outdated beliefs of perceived limitations can impede our movement forward. We still have that inner force to overcome fears as we walk into unknown territory. We must discard obsolete ideas that no longer serve us, so we can create positive shifts in our minds and bodies.
Quantum physics is now proving that our thoughts and expectations have significant power to affect our physical well-being.

A bit difficult in parts, but amazing concepts can be read in the book 'The Biology of Belief' by Bruce Lipton.

Our conscious and subconscious mind can optimize creating better health.
We must take responsibility for keeping our brain growing to reap the benefits of healthier bodies.
