Please email Beliefnet directly at community@beliefnetstaff.com with ANY problems, complaints, or comments. Staff will be able to help with any issues -- including restoring missing data, assisting with log-in issues, etc. Beliefnet will also continue upgrading and tweaking the site, which is a work in progress. In order for staff to help you, though, they need to hear from you directly. So please email them at the addy above to report any issue/problem you're encountering or with any comment or complaint you may have. As hosts, it won't help for us to email staff on your behalf. Also, note that staff will not be responding to upgrade issues via forum posts. Staff will only be able to respond to individual members by email. Merope

Martha has developed a FAQ to answer the most common questions and complaints that folks have about the platform change. You can access it by clicking the HELP button found near the upper right corner of any page. You can also get to it here: http://community.beliefnet.com/help/faq.one. In fact, you can assist staff in enhancing the FAQ by emailing them with your issues; that is, after all, how staff will know which issues are affecting the most people. Martha will be updating the FAQ regularly for the next week, at least. You should be sure to check it periodically to stay up to speed on the latest issues and fixes.
