All good qualities must be sown and cultivated

All good qualities must be sown and cultivated. We can’t expect to change overnight from an ordinary person into one with high realizations.

What does that mean?
 As with all thing just like a seed once sown we have to wait a little time to see the joy of the plant that it will become. We have to put in some work to get to this stage we have to weed the ground water the plant tend the young shot.

But with a little hard work look at the joy we get from the new plant and the joy that others get from seeing the results of that little bit of work that we put in to produce it.

So it is with this quote we have to put in a little work and over time we will achieve what we are looking for and once achieved others will to benefit from it.
