Does anyone here have some recipes for canning / storing / drying fruit?

The old peach tree in the back yard was loaded this year, and we have more peaches than what we can use right now.

Thing is, my dad doesn't have the time to handle it himself and my mom never really learned how.

When I was back in college, one of the guys tried making some peach wine.  However, I agree with WWA that jam would be better for Ironhold.

BTW, peach pie is alway nice.  You can google all the recipes.
