I think moksha that there are two factions within the tea party, there’s the Ron Paul group who are right wing nuts and then there are those who simply want more responsible spending.

I saw that the other night at our caucus, there was this group who kept lecturing everyone on the constitution, like they’re the only ones who ever read it. They were all Ron Paul people and they were angry. It’s their fear mongering and contention level which make me pull away from them.

Then there was the majority and they were all Hatch people, they came to make sure the Ron Paul people didn’t run over everything again. I believe if you asked them they would alien themselves with the tea party in that they all want this mess of debt and spending fixed.
