Note that when Jesus and His disciples were out walking on the Sabbath, so were his critics and they never mentioned this verse.

Going to the Temple was not a requirement on the Sabbath, the Sabbath was only for rest. The Temple was for use every other day, otherwise the Priests would never have a day off.

The Orthodox Jews try to keep this Commandment today by tying string on the posts outside in a Rabbis area and this is considered os part of your tent. In London they have a string around the whole city.

Jesus made us free from being under the Law. The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.

See Lev. 23:3 "holy convocation."

Jesus went to the synagogue as was His custom--and none of the priests or Pharisees complained about it--kind of hard to do that since they were there too:

Luke 4:16  And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.

Sometimes Jesus was out healing on the Sabbath because Temple attendance was no longer His requirement.

The Sabbath Law was only for Jews  see Deuteronomy 5:15
