Here is somehow quiet and I will tell you a few words .

Your wish for study is very important for you and your present and future .

You need a heart  disposed to learn from God's word , a humble heart ;

Jacob 1:

 21.  Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness,

 in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls.

Another important thing is to ask God for help in understanding His word

God helps us through His Holy Spirit , Who represent His will and His personality  , and for this reason Jesus said:

Luke 11:

 9. "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you;

     seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 

 10.  "For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened. 

 11.  "Now suppose one of you fathers is asked by his son for a fish; he will not give him a snake instead of a fish, will he? 

 12.  "Or if he is asked for an egg, he will not give him a scorpion, will he? 

 13.  "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children,

 how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?"

Than you can proceed with your reading . I think is good for you to start on two levels .

I mean to start reading from Genesis in order to know all   the word of God .

And in parallel to start reading the New Testament , so, with the Gospels , in order to Know Jesus Christ  and the requirements God is revealing to us through the service of Jesus Christ, in order to become "Christians" !

The Jesus words in the NT will help you to found/base your relationship with the Creator through His exalted Son .

I think you have heard that Jesus came the 2nd time in autumn 1914 , when He took his Heavenly power/authority  and begun rule in Heavens.

You need some good refereences to help you. I really know how you feel for it is what Jesus said that  those in  our own household will oppose us.  I faced what you are facing. Gradually they no longer call me a cult, grdually they began to understand. I began to study in a lot of opposition too. My husband was very opposed then. Almost all my relatives were also. They my children that  went to HS. They had a class called Religion and inthat book it said that JWs believe inthe Devil. Well the Devil also believes in Jesus and he shudders. He knows that Jesus will defeat him. So my tenn age daughter  turned against  me and refused to  speak to me. My husband told me I could not  talk to the Witnesses. So I asked him why...he said they were communists... No they are not I said, because they believe in Jehovah God.  Well then I still dont want you to study with them.  I am an American and they dont  believe in fighting for America... Really I said I remember the pastor of your Moms churh had exemption from military service. Does he not believe in  Ameriicanism?   Well I dont want you to study with them. WhY? Because I am fully for America, and I beleive in the freedoms we have here!   You do?? excatly what freedoms do you believe in?  Freedom  of speech, press and  religion? yes of course!! Then why  is it that you are forbidding me to have those very freedoms??

So I was allowed to study But not  in  HIS house  and I had never heard him speak in that way for I had contributed just as much to buy and  maintain that house as he  had. But I let it go and studied in my front yard. I also had to hide my books in the trunk of the car for those were not allowed in HIS house.   Persecution!! Aimed at  our marraige and  my heart .

I think you might benefit from the post about Math.. ch 28.  It is good refeence  material. And of course you will need it. One of my favorite verses is there where Jesus said to teach all that he had tagught them. He taught them at Jn . 14 ; 28 My Father is greater than I  am. So we teach  it because Jesus said toteach it.

What happened  at  Pentacost? Holy Spirit, Gods active force  came down upon the 120 men and women and now they could  speak  , understand and write in other languages because people came for the passover from  many lands. They took back with them the words , the written words of the bible in many languages.  The hand wtitten forms of the bible are called the Codex forms, and by having it witten in many languages  the changes made 300 years later  can be exposed. So one of the changes  was God manifest in the flesh, which should say He,Jesus was manifest to us inthe flesh.. The origianal  copies did not say God manifest in the flesh...it was changed  in the 4th century by the Council of Nicea, which was NOt  a Christian Counncil. They and Constantine SAID they were  but so does Charlie Manson of Helter Skelter say he  is a Christian.  Constantine claimed but in the year 321 he named Sunday as a day for worhip of the Sun God.. and  many churches observe Sunday as a "Holy Day" Texas Babtists used to. I was traveling thru TEXAS and had need of some pads. The store said it was agaisnt the law of Texas to sell  underclothes as only outer clothes were needed. Tell that one to any woman.  Things sometines  happen unexpectedly. I am glad the  law was removed. But the idea was to keep the Sunday as a Holy Day... but they did not know the actual history of how  it was called Sunday!Be patient there are lots of  ignorant preaehers . And people think they KNOW the bible but they  do not. The Sabbath laws ended whtn Jesus was sacrificed. The law thru Moses  taught  the Israelties that no one  was perfect because they all broke the law.  But only the necessary things were kept of the  law thru Moses. No more Sabbaths, which some keep yet as Saturday. It ended.

So keep a notebook of all the verses you learned  in each study. Ask  someone  who beleives in trinty where it says so in the bible. Jesus and Jehovah are in agreement...not  in one god ... for it says " that they many be one ,, even as we are one... So the disciples  are to be in agreement just as is Jesus and Jehovahy... Jn 17:  in which Jesus also says to his Father "You the ONLY True God"  So Jesus calls his Father the only true God.
