It's a book. Thick, metaphysical, "channeled" by Dr. Helen Shucman. It is about shifting your thoughts and perceptions from fear to love through forgiveness, coming from the Holy Spirit etc. It does not define love but rather clarifies what the ego really is - separation from God and others. |

It is a contemporary book of spiritual teachings channeled from Jesus, about 1300 pages, which seems to be a newer testament for the Age of Aquarius. It was channeled from 1965 to 1973, at the very beginning of the Age of Aquarius. |
