Soul Travel- - What's it for?

My first experience of Soul Travel erased the fear of death, and gave me direct truth of life-after-death, and that I was Soul. Now I use it to explore heaven (called the inner worlds) within myself to solve problems, learn more about love, and gain more happiness. It opens me to more direct communication with God via the Light and Sound.

Dream Travel- - What's it  good for?

Dreams have re-connected me with departed loved ones (Soul-to-Soul), helps me solve problems, make better work decisions, learn more about myself, etc. I also explore the inner worlds, and study with spiritual Masters, including one called the Mahanta, in the inner worlds.

Wow, SpiritualTruthSeeker really covered a lot of bases.  I would just like to add simply that soul travel and dream travel can almost be used for whatever you want to do with it.  Goals not in line with the ECK, or Holy Spirit, will not be assisted by the spiritual masters.  For myself, and I'm just getting started with this, dreams and soul travel have mostly been an opportunity to cultivate myself, to learn about what I am doing right and wrong, so I can accentuate the good stuff.  In other words I am working through my karma.  Even a nightmare is useful.
