I told you, GOD can look into one day, one thousand years...HE knows the victory...and HE is waiting until the numbers in CHRIST are complete, than will the end come...but not one moment before all that is HIS is gathered into ONE...body...even CHRIST.

Now, I am going to ask you one thing to do, if you would...and of course, you do not have to do it...I have nothing on you...I can't make you do this or that...but if you would JUST READ 2THESSELONIANS 2 and think about who it is that "holds all things back"...

And if HE who holds all things back is taken out of the way...what do you expect this world to look like in the last days?

I won't be around for the rrest of the day...and yes, I take HIS WORD literally....if we had taken HIS WORD literally from the beginning, CHRIST would not have had to come...

There is always those among us who still say...did GOD really say?

HE did...and I will listen to HIM first.

So I am just going to move along from this tangent to nowhere and return to the points raised in the OP.

Where are the significant intellectual achievements to their contemporaries (Greeks, Romans, Egyptians and others) found in the Jewish and Christian communities while the Bible texts were being written (till circa 2 CE)?

Name one ancient civilization which may have influenced Greek thought, philosophy, and science.

Moses, Solomon and the Israelite nation.  Egypt would be another.  Persha.  Babylon.  Syria.  Troy and the Trojans. 

Christianity didn't even exist in 2 CE so I'm not sure how Christians could have impacted anything in the time frames you give. Israel is sometimes credited with having a strong ethical basis by Classical authors. But don't you see how tiny Israel would never be able to have the impact and influence that Greek Culture whether independent City States or unified in Hellenistic Empires could have. And don't forget how highly organized Rome was even in Republican days but certainly during the Empire.  And once again Christianity is a Hellenistic phenomenon so I don't really see how it couldn't be seen as so.
