for the hallucinogens you're right... but part of me still wonders if the medical prescription stuff would help kick the mind in neutral. spending all day multitasking thought processes makes it difficult to just turn it all off at bed time.



Try a drink before dinner and wine with the meal.

Have you ever read the list of "do not take this" stuff if you take MAOIs?  You practically have to live off of water.
