It seems to me your question was answered as soon as you first asked it.  The answer is that signs of virginity can be lost innocently, not just as a victim of rape but from ordinary misadventure, medical procedure, or just being born without much by way of indicia, which is remarkably common.

Yet you keep banging on and on.  Do you just like talking about pedophilia?  What's your problem?

Sorry but when added to the fact a man would not be executed for having sex with a baby under three but would be executed for having sex with a baby older than three and a day, this information on sex with a baby under three being 'nothing' seems highly suspicious.

You'd need to read my entire blog to fully understand why I believe the ancient Hebrews worshipped volcanic activity.

In words of almost one syllable: when you are involved in a legal discussion of the particulars of an ADULT woman's state of LEGAL virginity (or lack thereof), for the purpose of marriage customs, you are not addressing the topic of EARLY CHILDHOOD acts, behaviors, accidents or abuse. That's a separate topic - which is ADDRESSED ELSEWHERE. Minor mention of such matters may - or may not -come up, but they are clearly off topic digressions and are not followed up.

The Talmud is not a compendium of advice, good or bad, in the main. It is primarily legal discussions and commentaries on legal topics (with occasional additions of arcane stuff like recipes and old wives' tales, and the occasional bit of gossip).

Blessed are You, HaShem, Who blesses the years.

"seems highly suspicious."

no, it is not suspicious. you suspect it. IT is an inanimate collection of words to which you impute motive, projecting your own thoughts. do you look at all legal discussions and decide that because they exist they bespeak particular psychological tendencies, or do you just do that here?

that selective pattern of behaviors on your part seems highly suspicious.
