THis first example closely resembles  the psuedo power/authority dynamic in WTS's elder arragement:

Awake 1972 5/22 p.
Revealing Experiment
" A Stanford, California, psychology professor, Philip Zimbardo, conducted an experiment to create a situation comparable to prison life. The object was to understand better what it means to be a prisoner or a guard. Young men who were considered mature, emotionally stable, normal, intelligent and from ‘middle-class’ families were chosen. They were divided equally into ‘guards’ and ‘prisoners.’ The experiment was to last two weeks. But after six days it had to be called off.
The psychologist said that within that short time “the ugliest, most base, pathological side of human nature surfaced.”

About a third of the ‘guards’ became tyrannical in their use of power. Half the ‘prisoners’ suffered acute emotional breakdowns
.

The psychologist was dismayed at the resulting ‘Frankenstein monster’ with “an unbelievable capacity for creative evil.

The article continues with WTS comment:

"But long ago, God’s Word truthfully recorded that all humans are born in sin and tend toward doing what is bad, needing the vital instruction that comes from God to set their thinking straight."

YEAR BOOK OF JW1992 p. 130 Kenya and Nearby Countries

William Nisbet from the branch office in Nairobi visited Addis Ababa and encountered an additional problem. A growing group of young, emotional brothers claimed to be anointed, with the heavenly hope. They shared in field service only with one another and resented counsel from anyone who did not profess to be anointed. Their meetings featured noisy manifestations of the “holy spirit.” For instance, at the Memorial celebration of Christ’s death, some would shout, snatching the emblems from servers, and stand up to partake, focusing attention on themselves. Dealing with these problems took much time. In subsequent years a number of the most vocal and adamant partakers did not remain faithful Witnesses"

Now we all know that any if not all of these behaviors attributed to these young african men are likely exaggerated  deliberate misinterpretations, and fabrications.
Starting with "emotional" as a lead in, and ending with "adament partakers not remaining faithful"
The emotional reference is WTS go to  discredit card, but also their achillies hill as they are not able to help people  who  show their emotions, these are  often judeged as trouble makers  and  thereby "did not remain faithful Witnesses" meant WTS  "gaurds" elders  summarily  df'd them under whatever label that were 'creative' enought to come up with....after all who questions and finds out why anyone is ever  df'd if not publicly know already?

Summarily:

1. performed arbitrarily and quickly, without formality a summary execution

The following post shows the profound ignorance and irrevelance of WTS's understanding, and view of mental health.  On such a complex subject typically WTS and jw pat answer is 'just read the bible thats all you need' 'how can you be depressed after considering what a super human, once a spirit person like our savior Jesus coped with suffering'.  When one considers how much error and falsehood premeate the so called "spirt-led" teachings of WTS, the shallow insight( perhaps deliberate since WTS continues to be the source of mental struggles for a number) of WTS and jw on the pyschology of mind and suffering is of little wonder.

My personal experience is that when I cultivate the 'mind of Christ,' suffering seems very light, especially any sort of mental suffering.  For example, who can stay depressed if they recite Psalm 23 to themselves? or any other texts about trust (faith) and God's care for us?  Love and forgiveness free us from old wounds, and even from any wound anyone could inflict at any time, and certainly Jesus showed us how to exhibit these qualities.  Those go a long way to alleviating mental suffering.

Clearly does not reflect what Jesus taught about the causes, effects, and alleviations of human suffering especially mental, emotional psychological.

Matthew 9:36

New International Version (NIV)

36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

Matthew 18:6

New International Version (NIV)

Causing to Stumble

6 “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.

Jesus did not compare imperfect humans to his 'qualities' he did not minimize the damage nor the accountability  caused by those who 'inflicted' suffering on other fellow humans.

Like the pharisees WTS blasphmey against the truthful operation of Jehovah's holy spirit cause much stumbling....and Jesus words  are faithful and true.
