Pre., Kenner beleives you . I know that the end will come. But what does that mean? When Jn , in Rev . said 5 have fallen and one IS the Roman government was in power. When it describes the next powers , what happens? The word " fall is being ignored. When Egypt fell, the nation still went on... but without their powerful conquering military force , for they drowned in the Red Sea. When Assyria fell, it was still a nation, but it had lost its army. When Babyolon fell, it lost the ability to keep the Israelites prisoners, and they no longer ruled. When the Medes/ Persians ruled the bad leaders plotted tohave all Jews killed .Esther exposed that plot. Then it fell to the Greeks by Alex, who died and left his territory to 4 generals who were defeated by the 6th power, the Roman power. Now what about the 7th and 8th they are the end. Wll they fall just like the previous powers ? They still have nations. Their power to oppose God's people is all gone. So what is the 7th dual power that is described in Rev? And what is the 8th? Can you discern what it is? |

Pre. Can you think for yourself about that bible prophey? What is the dual power, and what is the next one that preceeds the end of earths rulership by mankind? When Jesus was described as breaking the nations he was not describing the potter but how the nations will break in many pieces. And a potter can make many beautiful vessels of course. But it says how easily they will break when Jesus in ps. 2 has been installed. The verses do not say he is the maker of those nations that he will break. Satan has formed the nations. And they will break when Jesus decides to do so.In Ps 110 , before he takes powe he sends out ambassadors, young and old to reconcile the people to his kingdom not the kingdoms of the earth It describes in ps. ch. 2 that the nations plot against his annointed. |

So now Pre. when the kings of the earth plot , trying to break his annointed apart is when he will break them easily , quickly like a potter can a clay pot..into pieces. So the plotters will be broken, and since Jesus is instaled as king, they will lose. And that same chapter goes on to say to the less agressive ones kiss the son , lest God be angry and you perish. A kiss on the cheek in the time of Christ was a sign of friendship. So obedience to Christ can save them from perishing. It does not say how does it? In the way... during the tumult? |

Pre. the place of plotting in ancient times of Israel was Megeddo a mound where the commanders gave the orders of how to conquer Israel, and they did not , when Israel was faigthful. So when kings plot against the people who belong to Jesus and are faithful they will not win. The battle against Jehovah and Jesus 1st took place in heaven, and Satan lost the battle. That is just one battle of the long war, of Armegeddon, the war of nations against the true followers of Jesus. They will not win. The battles are during the end times, the time of the end , or conclusion. The finale will be the fall of all the nations and their power. Can a nation fight when they cannot pay an army? Will it be peaceable when all the nations fall , or will it be the great tribulation, like Jerusalem in which the true followers of Jesus fled to the mountains and did not fight. |
