You might have gotten some private messages through the Beliefnet system from a lady you don't know saying she saw your profile, found you interesting, and was looking for a relationship with you (or some variant thereof).  I probably don't have to tell you that these emails are often 'gateways' to scams.  Martha posted some information she wanted me to share with you about these sorts of things on her blog:
