The environmental movement because of its emphasis on our connection to all nature (humans are part of nature too).

Civil rights because we are called to love each other.

Globalization because we are really one community.

Each of these changes will require change in action and thinking.  The Church can help by pointing out the "spiritual" benefit and encourage people through the transition.
