If you look at the little icons at the top of your (or anyone's) post, you'll see a set of scales. Clicking on that will take you to a page where you can add to someone's reputation, or see how many points you have. Edit: And now, you are on a distinguished road... (You can see this by putting the mouse cursor over the little green square under your post count) (Please, no-one add anything to me. I *like* being infamous!)
