Has anyone read this book? I'm wondering what people thought of it. I was not impressed. The author offers up reasons why people are not attending church services. The main reasons she explores include: irrelevant teaching, the neglect of singles,the marginalization of women, and a lack of authentic spiritual power. As with many things in this country these days--she is long on critique and short on construcitve engagement of the issues. So, lets just drop out of church because its not meeting our "needs"......
