Next to our names, at the head of every post is a little coloured "bubble" thing.
I THOUGHT...green meant the person is online...dark blue meant the person
is offline.
OK...the little bubble by my name has been RED all day.
What is that!?

I thought...in my effort to eradicate my posting "history" that the invisible mode would do that! Silly me!

Oh my! I never thought I'd be advertising in a red light district.

That means you are blocking everyone from see your status you appear off line to us.

Okay.  I've never gone invisible.

That means you are blocking everyone from see your status you appear off line to us.

To change it go to My Settings | Edit Options | and uncheck the "Use Invisible Mode"

Just in case it isn't clear only you will see that you are red, that is a reminder for you that you are invisible, everyone else will simply see the non green color the one indicating you are not online. Some of us have multiple windows or tabs open on bnet most of the time, even when we are not actively  using them, and do not wish to give others the idea we are ignoring them because we aren't answering quick enough.
