here is a very enlightening article I just read: www.addictinginfo.org/2012/01/04/10-reas...just from what I read of the article so far he doesn't sound like a borderline libertarian either!! for sure!!!

Your source makes no bones about its bias against Ron Paul. So we have a very partisan view why libs certain liberals won't vote for him. Yet it is Paul who has been consistent in opposing both Bush and Obama's overseas adventures. It was Paul who opposed the Patriot Act while both Dems and Repubs were will to sacrifice our liberties for a little safety, and it was Paul who opposed the HDAA that was enthusiastically passed by a bi-partisan Congress and "reluctantly" signed into law by Obama. IMHO Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who seems to even come close to being fit to constitutionally serve as President. No one else comes close…

How about the most obvious reason not to vote for Ron Paul? He's too old! By the time the presidential election rolls around in November he'll be 77!

Excuse me Jill Stein of the Green Party also has been consistent in opposing both Bush and Obama's overseas adventures.

I think he's the only opposition the President may have. The GOP ignores him, but their guys just want to go backward, i.e., "status quo"; which hasn't worked and even led to the steady decline over the last 30 years. Like their attitude toward "party", they're all about empire over country. We morphed into empire, which we were never to be. Much thanks to the runaway level of national income tax imposed. They squander our treasure and use our children for fodder. I have no problem voting to re-elect Pres. Obama if that's all they got to offer.

or who is this Gree party Candidate gonna have to look her up? (guess that's telling on myself politics hasn't been my thang over the years but have started to care more about it in these last few years especially with all the . . . frankly scarey candidates on the republican side which if some of them won i'd be thinking of going to canada!!!!! dangerously stupid or frighteningly hateful and fanatic in their rightwing religious views!!)
