Who is Greg Koukl and why should I spend an hour listening to him?

Perhaps you could state his major points in your own words and debate them yourself.

Ditto.  I have no interest in trying to debate a website.  If Iama thinks she has something worthwhile to say on the subject of atheism, she should say it rather than cut-and-pasting.

LOL ... Even some prominent ATHEISTS oppose "The New Atheists" (Hitchens, Dawkins, et al.) ...

see: The Biologos Forum, an Essay by Prof. Dr. Michael Ruse, "Why I Think the New Atheists Are a Bloody Disaster" ...   Dr. Ruse is a recently retired Professor of The Philosophy of Biology and is a self-described Atheist ...

Frankly nobody gives a fico about Dr. Ruse.  Why don't you cut and paste a passage you would like to defend, or even better tell us what you think you want to defend and do so.  As it stands your post is worthless just like iama's.    Hmmmmmmm....

Their posts could basically be summed up as "There are people who disagree with some groups of atheists."  Which is, of course, true of every group on earth - every group has people who disagree with them.

Taking the time to disagree with the group themselves, to express why they disagree with that group, and to support those claims ...  nah, too much work.  It's easier just to say that someone else disagrees with them.

Hrm ...  isn't sloth one of the seven deadly sins?

Hypocritical crap.

At one point goes on a rant at how most atheist arguments are just emotional theist bashing (trash talking arguments) and very few have real substance.

then at around 33:46

The speaker says, with a funny voice mocking atheists, "ok, God created the universe, well then who created god.",

He then describes the question as "one that children ask because they don't know any better"

Pot, meet kettle.

The rest seems to be a lot of special pleading. Ie, he doesn't have to answer the question who made God, because it doesn't apply to God, because he is eternal.

Typical crap, God is defined as eternal, therefore, no proof required, God IS eternal.

And that kind of stuff is supposed to make me a believer?

But please listen and notice how many of his attacks against atheists are personal and condescending, the very thing he derides atheists of.

I've listened to Koukl for 37 out of 69 minutes of the video.  In that time he's referred to only one question with even a hint of substance, towit, Who made God? and answered it, God is eternal so dur!  At that point I turned it off.

If anything more substantial is to be found in the remaining 32 minutes, say what it is.  Otherwise, apologize for dumping such trash on us.

I'm just saying that it is a Fact, established by Observation, that "Atheists are NOT all alike ... " NOT all Atheists are keen on "The New Atheists" ...

You are just saying that people are not alike.  Don't waste the bandwidth.
