I am a Hindu, I understand culture. I am proud of my culture. But I am clueless as to how to live a life with devotion and practices I can pass to my children.
If you understand the culture, then live it and you children will learn it naturally by gradual engagement within your family. Reading books like Pancatantra and Puranic stories to them by you and other relatives (instead of TV) is very helpful. Someone said that to bring up a child a whole village is needed. Few sites:
"Duality is bondage before moksa and wisdom after realization. The duality accepted for the purpose of bhakti is sweeter than even non-duality." (from mangalacarana to Advaitasiddhi sara sangraha by Madhusudana Sarasvati, former advaitin)

Any resources, papers, classes?
