Looking for a deserving organization who can not afford $3000 for a 39 foot canvas reproduction of the labyrinth from the floor of Chartres Cathedral. It is the 11 circuit design, portable, with carrying bags for the sections. Any reasonable offer considered.

What I've wondered ever since first seeing this notice is why any church/fellowship would pay $3000 for what amounts to a huge portable RUG??? The 90's fad for having a labyrinth must have ended, and we've evidently come much too far from the days when one would simply "do a Thoreau" and go for a lengthy walk to meditate. |
