Does Gita encourage showing vulnerability?

The author of this article:

claims that according to the Gita one should have the courage to show one's vulnerability. I don't agree. What do you people think?

I think the best warriors are honest about their strengths and weakness. First and foremost to themselves and to others if it can give them an advantage.

I agree TransJ, we should not appear what we're not. But neither should we succumb to despair nor blair out to the world our weaknesses for approval, understanding and pity.
