I was gifted with several books which I read portions of ("Friends for 300 Years", "Portrait in Grey", "The Transformation of American Quakerism"), but honestly have gotten the most from "Quaker Faith and Practice of Britain's Yearly Meeting". I realize that local Quakerism might differ from Britain's, but find that much written in the book resonates with me.

You might also want to check out the many writings by Phil Gulley. I am currently working through "If God is Love" and really enjoying it.
