Hello everyone =) I'm having a little trouble connecting with my spirit guide. I meditate and when im trying to create a connection with my spirit guide so I can perhaps talk to him/her I only feel very peaceful and even euphoric lol but I have trouble with the visuals, i have my eyes closed the entire time mind you.

Welcome to the Spirit Guides forum and to Beliefnet, if you are new to the site.
Sometimes we just have to trust the guides are with us and listen to those random thoughts which seem to pop in from no where. For me my guides communicate through my thought patterns, not so much visually. I talk to them within my mind and out loud if alone....don't need strangers looking at me strangely. Don't try too hard, simply know and trust. You can ask a question and see if an answer comes to mind. In Joy!
