Welcome back Natasha.

It is you who has walked away from the a path, your guidance is still with you and will continue to guide you.  You only need to be still and listen to your inner voice of spirit to know what direction to take.  At times you are pulled in many directions at once.  If you choose one direction to go and give it your all you can do and be exactly what you are striving for.  When you go in too many directions you do not focus on your own truth.  Be true to yourself always. 

A Helen or Ellen steps in not with a message, but just allowing me to feel her vibration.  Peace be still comes with her now.

I am given a symbol that to me means you have something you need to be writing.  This could be a letter, (we don't do much of that these days), a story, an assignment of some kind, something is to be written by you.  My symbol is the nursery rhyme a A Tisket it a tasket it a green and yellow basket...I wrote a letter to my love, but on the way I dropped it.  For whatever reason I was to  share the symbol with you.
