Anglican Bishop and scholar N. T. Wright has a book out, titled "Simply Christian." The book has been favorably compared to C. S. Lewis' book, "Mere Christianity." It is that brilliant! If you're looking for a good book, I highly recommend "Simply Christian" by N. T. Wright. You will be blessed! |

I'll check up on it, Bevo.

Great! In his discussion on the Breaking of the Bread, Wright comes from a sacramental view. You may not agree with his view, but his description of the sacramental view is spot on. |

And who called the Church into existence? The Lord Jesus Christ. You cannot separate the Church from the ministry of Jesus. Christ died for the Church. The Church is the means through which the Kingdom is proclaimed. In short, the Church is God's plan "A," and there is no plan "B." The Church is it. The Church is God's plan "A" for proclaiming the Kingdom, and there is no plan "B." The Church is it. Period.

No one Called the church in existence it's a man made concept with man made Dogma's disguised as God's Plan God's plan is for Humans to love one another and become closer to God. Religion is just a vessel to Guide you to God. What religion you practise does not really matter to God The best religion is the Religion that brings you closer to God.
