My girlfriend's mom gave me a recipe for a 5 cup salad which I'm making for dinner today. I'm modifying it a bit. The original recipes called for
1 cup each of
coconut, mandarin orange segments, crushed pineapple, sour cream and mini marshmallows.
Mix the four ingredients and refrigerate the night before. The marshmallows are added just before serving so they don't get mushy.
I am going to serve it on a bed of lettuce and set a bowl of chocolate chips for the chocolate lovers of the family.
Would love to hear about more 5 ingredient recipes.
