Over Christmas this year I lost a good friend.  I had the opportunity to speak wih
her days before she passed/

The night they were scheduled to unplug her from the resperator, I was very upset.
They even set the time at midnight.  She did not want to live as a vegetable and it was
her wish if she ever was in that situation.

I was laying here on my couch with just candles on.   I was sad, of course, but numb.
As I lay there I felt this sensation and I looked around the room and there seemed to
be a little round ball bouncing around my room......then it was gone in a flash.
I just smiled.

I woke in the night crying my eyes out.....It was a release.

nice story thanks for sharing. we go thru our lives meeting countless people, be it family, friend or collegue of some sort be it school, church or work. WE also meet just everyday people everytime we step out our doors to go somewhere or while we drive or travel. Be it as it may we meet many people who affect us in someway, but it is only a chance in a lifetime that you meet that special friend who stands above all others and who affects our lives the most I believe you have had your friend like that here. Keep her in your mind and hearts and she will always be with you.
