I am glad that I found the Maltheism forum.  I am a little confused traveling around the new beliefnet website.  I am sure I will get used to it.

Hi, whichone!

I didn't sign up for the advance screening, so today was my first foray into the new format. I've spent most of my time playing with my profile. It'll take a while to learn where everything is, but so far, I like all the new "bells and whistles" on Bnet Beta. Hopefully, mohanchous and the others will be around soon.

Well, I still have some more exploring to do, so I'll catch you later.

I was tearing my hair out for a while. I was ready to quit beliefnet because I was so frustrated. I am a little surprised that they didn't create a tutorial to teach us how to use this site. DAH54 seems to be a fountain of wisdom. If you don't know it already, you can see all of your posts if you click on the button next to your name. I would have never figured that out without DAH54's help. Now, that I am slowly beginning to understand how to get around here. I can see the advantages of the new forum. It is easier be fancy with your posts. I am just experimenting.

For starters, I have my options set for WYSIWYG. Then, when I start a post/reply, I click the "Go Advanced" option at the bottom of the compose screen, and the smileys show up along with other options. :o

The smiley face at the end of the post is part of my signature.

Where are the rest of our maltheist friends?  Are you waiting till the beta testing is complete on this new website before posting?  If yes, then I understand your frustration.  I am starting to slowly get the hang of navigating this place.  One thing that saddens me because this is a clean slate is we will be loosing all of Paul Zimmerman's about maltheism essays.  I wish belief net would transfer those essays here.
