    Description: This is a place for couples to discuss what it's like to live with illness. *How has it impacted your lives together and individually? *What are your coping methods? *What information do you want from others? *What information can you give to other couples and individuals? Let's talk, share, cry, and laugh together. Illness has a major impact on relationships and marriage. For years my wife, Jamey, and I have lived with a major chronic illness that invaded her body and devastated our lives emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, and financially. But we're not alone, millions of couples live with chronic illnes and disease (chronic illness, disease, pain, mental disorders, etc.). We have uploaded free audio clips and a free caregiving workshop for anyone who wants it at our website (couplesfacingillness.com). That's our way of supporting other couples facing illness. We've also written a book that gives insights and practical tips to couples living with illness. Our book is unique because it covers both sides, the caregiver and the patient. Also, my Beliefnet profile has 3 good audio clips that you can easily relate to. Please note, the photo of Jamey and I in my profile is before my her major symptoms began.
