My friends would say I'm very intense, but seriously humorous and goofy.  At work, I'm silly at times but due to the role of leadership I've accepted as a military officer, I've had to learn the fine art of being stern and yet maintaining the greater reality of compassion for a holistic way of living.  I believe in God, the divine creator and spiritual, cosmic force in our lives.  I also believe in Christ as a prophet, a messenger of God who gave us the message that we are ever so closer to God and are within ourselves God, by being sent to this world.  Christ's message of love, compassion, tolerance, forgiveness, peace, and acceptance of all human beings, and creations of life are the ways in which I try to live my life.  In a world where I live to understand myself and others, and to find meaning in life, it just gives me the ground and roots with which to grow and find myself every day.  Faith by definition is believing in something that  you cannot see, nor feel by touch, but by what you know to be real and true despite all that.  My spiritual voyage is forever transient but evolving, and I wish to have more meaning in my life by being surrounded by people who can meet on an intellectual, philosophical, and spiritual level of open-ness and communication.  No one has all the answers, and since I'm also a masters degree student of psychology, I believe our environment, our upbringing and our psychological make-up also greatly affect what we believe.  Before I leave this world as we know it, I hope that somehow I've made it a better place than I came into it, and have helped people to find their own way through life by answering the calling of the infinite potential that lies within all of them.  Namaste-peace be with you always!
