Welcome as a friend! I read your post and I know that some people seem to think that they are the only ones with the right idea about God,,,, but as long as you believe that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.... everything else is just window dressing! Jesus is the only way there is.... He is the light and the life!!! No one comes to the Father but through Him.... If we keep our eyes on Jesus.... we won't drown!!! Maybe I will just need to re-adjust my approaches here and maybe the Lord will work in my spirit how to do that without feeling so outnumbered. I feel your words are very healing in that sense. Thank you and bless you.

Greetings Friendofsaints&angels. Thanks for signing on as a friend. I am very touched by your story here. It is very deep. I am so thankful to have friends here on BN. I live a quiet life and don't get out much except for church so it is nice to come here and talk to people. I usually get to Mass 3 times a week. I teach 8th Grade Religion, volunteer at my parish and also often go to Bible study. I went to 12 years of Catholic school and have never been away from the faith, although some years I only went to confession once or twice. My New Year's resolution is to go to confession more often. One of my best friends is a priest so hopefully he can keep me on the right track. It was great to hear from you. Peace - Mareczku (Mark)

I enjoy a good debate, but I don’t hold anyone’s personal beliefs against them. LOL! Indeed, being married to a born again Christian New York Jew would be a special torture otherwise! She and I have had some of the most wonderful theological debates! I have no desire to change her beliefs, she does not try to change mine, and in between there are so many fascinating things to discuss! You have a wonderful day and don’t let the nasty ones keep you from the debate boards!
