Hi my name is Shawna, I am a housewife and have hopes to write a book one day.

I love to garden , fish, and friends.

I am very spiritual and find i can use great visulization techs to get myself down on my pain levels from chronic illness.

My husband is my best friend and we have a great marriage of 11 years.

I try hard to obtain a positive attitude although at times it is hard.  I beleive in the mind body connection ..I am a grandma of 6 little ones that bring me great joy.
