Just a couple thoughts on the difference between science and religion that I have come across. Unfortunately, I don't right now remember where they came from.

-Science is based on the freedom to question. Religion is based on the duty to believe.

-Science gives us a factually correct, but morally absent Universe. Religion gives us a morally correct, but factually absent Universe.
