    Greetings mcoyle614, Welcome. I just joined today. I am interested in yoga but haven't tried it yet. I am also interested in Tai Chi and have a DVD to start out with. I also have monkey brain and have a time with trying to calm it down. LOL. Blessings to all here, I love to learn and in turn I hope to share with others. :-)

    I am new to the group. I have practiced Yoga for about a year and a half and am very interested in Tai Chi. I have a brain that runs away with itself and have read that tai chi's sloww movements help you stay present. I would love to learn more!
