I finally found out what's up with my shoulder pain. I had an MRI and the technician said that I had a torn rotator cuff. When I went to the orthopedic specialist he said that it was not a torn rotator cuff it was a frozen shoulder which means the tendons in my shoulder are infmlamed causing the pain and immobility. Somtimes it gets better and sometimes it doesn't. I have excercizes to do and hopefully it will get better. I guess I will just have to live with the pain. I have been practicing visualization trying to heal my shoulder with the white and green light. I try not to worry about it and let it get me down. I have limited mobility and lots of pain but I am determined to keep going. I know that it will get better. I am grateful that I do not have to have surgery.
