Faith Blessings are flowing to me and from me this day. I live by faith--a faith in God that is like a bridge over troubled waters. Secure and confident, I rise in thought and act above whatever challenges may be swirling around me. I live the fullness of life. Getting past a time of trouble is not about my knowing the details of how blessings will come to me. In faith I know with certainty that I will receive them. Living in the moment with God, I understand that change ushers in a time of newness and discovery. Faith assures me so that I accept each change for what it is: a new beginning. This is a time for greater strengths to be realized and expressed by me, for greater blessings to flow to and from me, for greater fulfillment to be accepted and shared by me. "When Jesus heard him, he was amazed and said to those who followed him, 'Truly I tell you, in no one in Israel have I found such faith.'"--Matthew 8:10

Time for Me
I am God's beloved.
Setting aside some time for myself, I do some creative activity, or I may simply enjoy a peaceful break on my own in the quiet. During this mini-retreat, I am conscious of Spirit within, and the capacity of my heart to contain God's love expands.
I am beloved of God--not for what I do, what I look like, nor what I own. I am beloved because I am a child of God. There are no conditions placed on divine love. The respect I have for myself shows my appreciation for all I've been given--life, health, and abundant supply.
An added bonus of caring for myself is that I actually have more to offer others. So I may follow a time for me by spending time with another, which brings us both a greater awareness of God's love.
"Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children, and live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us."--Ephesians 5:1-2

give thanks that divine love created me and is continually healing me.

of my body, feeling all tension evaporating, knowing that complete
restoration is taking place.

A Concrete Dream
Our desires act as fuel, propelling us toward new horizons. Without something to strive for, we stagnate and become stuck in ruts of our own making because we are unsure of what to do next. Goals are the dreams that we are willing to work for. When we set goals, we take responsibility for our lives and choose to wholeheartedly devote ourselves to our aspirations. Even if we only take the smallest steps toward achieving our ambitions, it is vital that we actively pursue our goals rather than just daydreaming about them. Having goals makes us feel good because it adds a sense of purpose and direction to our lives.
When you endeavor to achieve clear and quantifiable goals, your choices and actions take on new significance. Consciously creating your goals can help ensure that the success you seek is attainable and serves you. Your plan must be conceivable, tangible, and measurable. If you cannot visualize your goal in great detail or believe that you can realize them, you may find it difficult to commit to your goals and take the necessary steps to achieve them. Make sure that your goals have the potential to be emotionally satisfying. You may even want to write them down. Putting your goals into words can keep your intention fresh in your mind and remind you of your purpose. As you make progress toward realizing your goals, give yourself a reward each time you take a step forward so that you have the incentive to keep going. If you find yourself stuck in a rut, examine ways in which you can revise your strategy so that your plan can work.
In creating goals, you create your future by outlining your destiny. When you choose your goals using your head and heart, you take the first step in manifesting what you want. You grant your own wishes every time you achieve another goal.

“Therefore, let us offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming our allegiance to his name” (Hebrews 13:15, NLT).
Today's Word from Joel and Victoria
Praise is more than just singing songs in church on Sunday. In fact, praise isn’t even about singing songs! Praise is a heart attitude. Praise in your heart prompts singing songs, but it can also be manifest in many different ways. Your words, your actions, your daily life are all ways you give Him praise. Like the verse says, when your actions or words declare your allegiance to His Name, that’s giving God praise. How do your actions declare your allegiance to Him? By simply obeying His Word. When we continually follow His commands, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when we don’t feel like it, even when we are tired, that’s offering a sacrifice of praise to Him.
Remember, praise is a powerful weapon. Many times in the Old Testament, when God’s people would go into battle, they would send the worshipers out first. Praise precedes the victory. When you live a life that offers Him continual praise, you will see continual victory in every area of your life!
A Prayer for Today
Father in heaven, I do offer You continual praise. I choose to follow Your Word so that You may be glorified through me. Let everything within me honor You in all that I do. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

I live in and contribute to a happy, healthy world.
To ensure that I live in harmony with all others today, I begin my day by spending a few moments in communion with God--my source of love and peace. In the stillness, I feel God's love welling up within me, and I reflect on the truth that this love lives in the hearts of all others.
Through shared experiences, people everywhere create new ways of expressing themselves--their ideas and ideals, their needs and dreams. I contribute my prayers for harmony to this process as I immerse myself in divine love.
Love encourages us to communicate with one another in harmonious ways. Love guides us in acts of kindness, feelings of compassion, and thoughts of understanding so that we live in and contribute to a happy, healthy world.
"Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony."--Colossians 3:14

Avoiding Negative Vibrations
Taking on the Energy of Others
There are times when you may find that being around certain individuals or groups of people leaves you with feelings of discomfort. It may be that spending time with a particular friend feels draining or that dealing with a specific coworker exhausts you. Being around toxic or angry people is also draining. And you may even find that being surrounded by a crowd of people lowers your energy levels rather than perks you up. This is not that unusual. Each of us radiates energy and is capable of being influenced by the energy of other people. It is important to learn how to shield yourself, so you don’t unknowingly take on someone else’s energy. While some people know how to instinctively protect themselves from being adversely affected by energy, most of us need to discover and practice the technique that works best.
There are a number of ways to avoid being affected by people’s energy. Shielding is one preventative technique you can use. Center yourself and envision being enveloped in a cocoon of loving and protective light. This protective layer should allow you to consciously regulate the energy around you. The intent to shield oneself is all you need for this technique to work. You can even create a trigger word to assist you in quickly creating a shield. Say this word each time you create a new shield, until the word and the shield become automatically associated in your mind. If you run into a person whose energy you find draining, you may want to cleanse your own energy field after your encounter. Sage, cold showers, singing, mineral water baths, spending time in nature, and a simple break to recharge are all ways to accomplish this.
While it is important to know how to shield yourself from energy, there are those energies that you may not want to shut out. The energy of laughter from a newborn baby, the feeling of joy radiating from someone in love, and the frequency of calm emanating from an enlightened teacher are just some of the energies coming from others that you may want to have around you.
This is so true, when you are around people always complainting and saying negative things about people, It damages your spirit. That's how the devil throws us off track. Don't eat negativity, soak in water that is positive. We all have our circle of friends that works fine for us, stay in the circle of love where you feel good vibrations. I am. Be careful who you let in. No need for headaches in stress. Don't let people cloud you mind. You don't need to stand with a army when you got God on your team he is bigger stand for what is right.

I love being me. No I am not perfect, I have not seen a perfect person. I have learned to love myself just as I am. Jesus loves me and all of us , so we must be special. We all have the gift of love and care. We just have to give it. It cost nothing and if it don't hurt to give it then give it. I have learned I may not have everything that I want but I do have what I need. And I don't know if anyone will ever have everything they want. I think the world is set up to make us want more anyway. I have peace within me and faith in God and I am happy. I love being me. I don't know no-one else who could be me, because God made only one me. That can not be changed, I can not be replaced.

Sometimes it is so hard to find time for me. I think I just need to manage my time better. I seam to make sure eveeryone else is O.K before I take care of myself. I guess like my husband said If you don't take care of yourself you will not be able to take care of no one else. But I am not a selfish person and I seam to feel guilty when I know someone else needs something I will take care of them first. And put my needs on hold. I know I will be O.K . God always has my back. But I do seam to negelect me and sometimes feel like no one cares and they are all about themselves. So why can't I be that way. I do love myself and I do like helping others. But some times you wonder where are thay when you need them. I Know my Mom would tell us never count on none else. Make sure you can do for yourself. If you depend on others you will be left behind, when everyone else moves forward. I also find myself helping others then watching them get up and pass me by. Am I waiting for some one to reach back and grab me? Or will I wise up, get up and get where I need to be and stop worrying about everyone else. But I don't even know where it is that I need to be. I Know where I would like to be. I may just be where I should be now. If I am why am not happy here? I ask God you know what is instore for me. Just lead me and I will follow. So I am following him and I pray that I am on the right track and If I am not he will show me the right way.371d36d75e05eda735858f8e467be99c

I like to change things around. Sometimes I just get tired of the same old look and I will change it to make me happy. Sometimes I will change each room.
