The idea will be to share distance reiki healing all around the world by simply directing the energy towards the 'share' at the appointed time :) PLEASE REMEMBER you can share at any time if you cant at the appointed time, just direct your healing to the share and the time, like a 'time capsule'. You can share several times a week if you like. Then whatever your doing at the appointed time the energy will reach you.
