I'm a Sound Practitioner and I utilize my voice, drums, Tingshaws, Tibetan bowls, Sollfegio body and energy tuning forks, and other Sacred sounds to facilitate harmony and healing at the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels.  I also use stones, crystals, Flower Essences and Gem Elixers when appropriate.  I have found that helping other people helps me to grow.  I joined to connect to people who have spiritual beliefs similar to mine and to stimulate development of my spiritual life.
