Dear Cc, I appreciate the thought and time it took for you to compose your comment. However, I disagree with most of your criticisms of the Dalai Lama. Yes, he is saying the same thing as any other spiritual leader has said. However, what he adds is a global platform on which to make his comments. I don't believe that his speaking and writing is self-serving, but is genuinely spiritual in intent and practice. His voice on spiritual issues is powerful and heard and respected by millions.
