A wedding is meant to be a joyous event ... yet it can turn into a stressful experience, a crisis for some. In this support group for brides (and grooms!) we will explore the challenges and celebrate the opportunities on the path to the altar. If family dynamics are stressing you out, if confusion and overwhelm are creeping into to your wedding planning experience, stop by for some "wedding zen." This is a space for to-be-weds to support one another, exchange ideas and find guidance. Questions about interfaith and blended-culture relationships welcome!
