I'm a cat lover, I have several right now. I admire dogs and the work they can be trained to do. And there is nothing like squeezing the stuffings out of a big strong dog.

I've always been spiritual, even as a youngster. I'd read everything I could about Christ. It didn't matter if it was catholic or protestant. I was raised methodist. When I was younger I wanted to be minister, but back then women couldn't be. Now that we are ordained, meh.

Organized religion no longer works for me. I broke away from the church, and, I'm stronger for it. Now, I keep what works for me and throw away the rest. I enjoy the thrill of the hunt for the spiritual.

I have two great adult children. A girl and a boy. They will always be my babies even as I love them with open arms. They are free to leave or come as they wish. I will not hold them back.

I like to learn. But not the hard way, though sometimes a bought lesson is better than a told. I jump from subject to subject as my mind travels hither and yon. The eternal child who can still see the magic in a dew-covered spider web. One who can see the rabbit in the full moon. Eyes that shine with delight at the antics of my kitties chasing through the house. I am playful, compassionate, serious, warm and witty. I like people.
